How to Join

Membership status will need to be sought prior to any sub-contracting arrangements being agreed, so essentially, only members of the YTP consortium can deliver training. All providers who wish to enter into sub-contractor arrangements with YTP will be subject to extensive pre-vetting and assessment prior to any delivery commencing. The assessment process is as follows:

-Members will be asked to complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) document. This will be assessed by the Director of Operations and Quality Team.

-If the EOI is successful, Members will be asked to complete a pre-qualifying questionnaire (PQQ), this will contain information around the solvency of your business, experience of delivery, insurances, references, accreditation, deliver models adopted, etc.

-The pre-qualifying questionnaire (PQQ) will be assessed against YTP's assessment criteria abd presented to the Board of Directors.

-Providers will be notified of the decision cast and may be asked to provide additional information.

-Should providers be successful through the PQQ assessment stage, they may be asked to enter in pre-contract negotiations.

-Subject to funding, local market need and suitability- providers may be awarded a contract for the services of education/training.
